Be sure to include firstname.lastname@example.org to your service provider's 'WHITE LIST'. Due to the amount of spam, emails are often captured by the service provider's filtering and you may not receive it. If you do not receive our email by Monday evening, the chances are that it has been filtered out by the service provider. If you have subscribed, but are not receiving our newsletter each week, please contact Linda at the Ballroom. Emails can be 'bounced' (returned to the sender) for many reasons. Some of these reasons include full mailbox, invalid user, mail blocked - spam, and many other general bounces. If your email is bounced due to invalid user, invalid domain, or other such critical reasons, it will be automatically deleted from our database. When being bounced due to the other many reasons such as a full mailbox or other general forms of bounces that do not result in an automatic deletion, a count will be added to your email address in our database. After that number of bounces reaches a certain level, your email address will be automatically deleted from our database. If you have reasons to believe that your email may have been deleted, merely subscribe again and be sure to include us in your 'white list'. At the bottom of our emails, you will be given the option to unsubscribe from our database. There is also a link to our email policy. Please read this policy. It will explain to you that this database is not sold or used for any purpose other than news and information having to do with the Ballroom of Sacramento.
